We really hope you like the product you ordered! But if you are not satisfied with the order you receive, we will happily accept your prompt return. Please contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.

* We accept partial or full refunds for items that have problems due to our negligence. This means that if the problem with the item is not caused by IKEARLAX, we cannot guarantee a refund as we do not offer free returns
B,Return Process
Please follow our guide:
1,If there are any problems with the goods, please contact the customer service department within 5 days after receiving the package. Let’s talk and understand what the problem is.
2,Provide us with photos or videos of the garments to show evidence of damage or poor quality. This also applies to sizes or incorrect styles and colors, etc.
3,We only accept products in original condition, unmodified, uncleaned, and smoke-free. We are unable to process any returned products without our prior approval. We reserve the right not to accept returns.
If you wish to return some or all of the items in your order, please contact customer service, thank you.
4,Once your request is approved, you should send the item to us within 5 days. You can send using your local UPS or postal service. It's up to your choice. (You are responsible for the shipping costs. We have no control over international shipping costs, so please know the approximate shipping costs before ordering, we do not have a return label).
5,When we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition and does not have the issues stated in the return request.
6,Once confirmed, we will refund via your original payment method within 5 days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
C,For returned packages:
* All items must be returned with original tags. Clothes without original tags or that do not comply with the return policy will be rejected.
* We will refund your purchase price. Reward points/coupons and courier charges are non-refundable.
*A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any approved returns.
* For returns, we charge shipping charges per item before refunding. The cost depends on your location. Usually 20-30 US dollars.
* You are responsible for the goods before they arrive at our warehouse, so please make sure the goods are packed correctly and not damaged during transportation! We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
* We are not responsible for any merchandise returned in error.
D,We do not accept returns for the following situations:
* We do not accept returns on items that are worn or damaged due to improper cleaning methods.
* We do not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one,this is not part of our return policy.
*We do not accept returns on custom sizes and custom orders.
*We do not accept returns on custom colors.Note: Except for the picture color, all colors are customized, please know it.
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height and hollow to floor). This means that once the garment is made, it cannot be worn by anyone else. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns on custom-made gowns. Nonetheless, we will discuss with you methods that may help.
E,Please Note:
We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.
